Products & enhanced service
We have upgraded our sequencing portfolio with new products for overnight sequencing, sequencing of complex sequence regions and added new features like sample storage, higher number of reads per sample and much more.
Order pages
All products and services can now be ordered by intuitive, easy to use order pages. Latest updates have now been completed for Sanger sequencing, plasmid preparation, mutagenesis and cloning service. You can directly access the order page of the product or service of your choice in the Order Menu.
Dashboard pages
The My Kits & Labels page is your home for tracking, managing and sharing your Mix2Seq Kits, PlateSeq Kits and barcode labels, viewing available reactions, and much more. You can manage your favourite primers and view the stored primers and samples from you and your groups in My Samples & Primers.
EVOcard features
Ordering a new EVOcard, re-filling an existing EVOcard, tracking transactions and administrating rights can now be done on one single page under My EVOcards. The usage of EVOcards as payment method is now even simpler with EVOcard number and PIN.
Re-order option
With the copy to cart functionality every product can be easily re-ordered again and again. Just move or copy the product from your cart to your wishlist and copy it back to your cart when you want to re-order it.
Tracking & download page
Easily track the status of your order at any time on your computer, tablet or smartphone with our new responsive detailed tracking page. We’ll provide a link with a shared secret to enable secure tracking and downloading without the need to be logged in.

Login / Register
For most products there is no need to login first, you will be asked to login when it is required. To login or to create a new account, just click on the Login / Register link on the top of the page.
Your login credentials (Email & password) are the same as your existing Ecom account.
Order Menu
All of our products and services are listed in the Order Menu at the top of the page and linked to the corresponding order page.
My Account / Quick Links
The My Account page is your personal platform in our new online shop where you can:
- Go to My Orders for order status & delivery tracking
- View and accept gene synthesis quotes via the My Quotes link
- Specify and select your order preferences via My Preferences
- Track the balance and transaction of your EVOcard under My EVOcards
- Manage your shipping and billing adresses in My Addresses
- Create and manage groups under My Groups to share orders, primers or Mix2Seq Kits
- Check and select your DropBox locations under My DropBoxes
- Track the status of kits and lables and download Mix2Seq results under My Kits & Labels
- View stored samples and manage primers under My Samples & Primers

Some tips and tricks for ordering and tracking
Advantages of using the new online shop
Embedded order pages
The order pages are integrated on eurofinsgenomics.eu and guide you securely through the seamless ordering process.
Make use of the quick order controls for prepaid products and accessories for custom sequencing and take advantage of the electronic assistants to configure your oligos, genes, sequencing service or NGS Favourites.
Mixed Products - One Order
Combine products from different categories (e.g Genes + Oligos + Mix2Seq Kits) and add them to your shopping cart.
Confirm your one-stop order and checkout all articles from your cart at once.
Product & Price Details
Click on the "More Details" link in your cart, to check and view your chosen product details.
Click on the underlined price in your cart, summary and confirmation page to see your detailed prices.
You can create a PDF with the details and prices of the products saved in your cart and wish list by clicking on the "Print PDF" button.
Note: You need to be logged in to see your agreed prices.
Your Wishlist
If you're not ready to order all of the products in your cart, you can move them to your wish list.
Move them back to your cart when you want to purchase them.
Tracking & Order History
The tracking details of order status and delivery information, as well as the option to view and download documents of orders placed in the new shop are available in the "My Orders" section of the new shop.

Important information for our new and existing customers at Eurofins Genomics
General Account Settings
You can change your password at any time in My Account.
Customer ID & Assignment
As an existing customer of Eurofins Genomics you already have a customer ID assigned to your account. The customer ID is identified using your email login.
Shipping & Billing Addresses
Your shipping and billing addresses are available and displayed during checkout. You can manage your addresses either during checkout or anytime in your address book under "My Addresses".
Personal Preferences
You can define your personal preferences for every order, either during checkout or by selecting the "My Preferences" link in your Account.
For your convenience the latest settings are always saved for your next order.
Individual Design
The online shop is structured to enhance the user experience via the creation of your own personal page layouts. Each user control can be opened, collapsed and moved to different positions on your screen.
So, have fun designing your own dashboard, cart page, and checkout steps with your favourite user controls.
