EXTREmers are synthesised by a newly developed high-throughput oligo synthesizer which facilitates the coupling
of phosphoramidites with extremely high efficiencies resulting in oligos with extremely low sequence errors. In combination with the extremely mild post-synthesis work
up, it allows us to provide you with these extremely
efficient oligonucleotides.

Lowest error rates of typically 0.09 %
Best cloning results with > 85 % perfect clones
