The analysis of TruPath Genome sequencing results provides a range of data files and a detailed summary report. These deliverables are designed to support both secondary and tertiary analysis.

Primary Data Files

Raw Reads: FASTQ files containing the original sequencing data.
Alignment Files: BAM or CRAM files, which include primary alignments along with their corresponding index files.
Variant Calls:
- Small Variants: SNVs and indels provided in VCF format, generated via DRAGEN Germline analysis.
- Structural Variants (SVs): A VCF file specifically for large and complex genomic rearrangements.
- Phased Variants: Variant calls that include long-range haplotype information, with up to approximately 98% of genes phased.
Tertiary-Ready Files: Files specifically formatted for downstream interpretation platforms, such as Emedgene.

Optional Data Outputs

Depending on the specific research needs, the following can also be provided:

Copy number and chromosomal abnormality outputs.
Short tandem repeat (STR) variant calls for supported loci.
