Assembly review for ONT Lite portfolio

 

Additional bioinformatic services for plasmids, amplicons and bacterial genomes

 

If the assembly does not match your expected plasmid (due to plasmid mixtures, extensive repeats or similar) Eurofins offers an assembly review.

Please fill the necessary fields accordingly:

 

Important: You need to login first - otherwise we cannot display the Barcodes that belong to your selected order

 

• Order ID: enter your order ID from your ONT Lite order (e.g. your plasmid sequencing order) (please enter the order ID without hyphen (e.g.  111012345  and not 111012345-1)
• Project type: please select ONT Lite - assembly review.
• Project description:
  
  • If available add more information about the expected plasmid size, sequence regions that diverge from expectations, extensive repeats etc. (at best at which position those are found)
  • Ideally, provide the expected reference sequence for comparison in the upload section
  • The more specific the given information and wanted review requirements are stated, the better we can fulfill those
    
    

 

Price per assembly: 30 EUR / sample  (Local currencies apply)

 

If you have more than one or two plasmids you can also create an easy Excel overview and describe the specialities per plasmid.

Please note: no Pod5 delivery possible for the standard Whole Plasmid Sequencing Service. If you need the Pod5 files as well you can order our WPS Premium Service (available in plates only) or contact us for your individual project.
