Eurofins Genomics’ Sequencing Primer Design Tool enables precise design of sequencing primers using the robust Primer3 algorithm Primer3 Manual.

The tool evaluates your DNA sequence to select primers that optimize sequencing start positions, read quality, and signal consistency. Default parameters are tuned for typical Sanger read lengths and sequencing chemistries but can be customized for experimental constraints such as adjustment of primer melting temperature and GC content.
