Sequence Verification You Can Defend — Scientifically and Regulatively.

When sequence accuracy is mission‑critical, confidence is not optional.

Our ISO 17025 and GLP compliant Sanger sequencing service delivers authoritative sequence verification you can rely on for regulated development, quality control, and compliance‑driven decision making.

We combine the gold standard of DNA sequencing with rigorously controlled laboratory processes to generate traceable, auditable, and regulator‑ready data — from single‑read confirmation to full double‑strand verification and primer walking.

Product Selection

Why Industries Choose Our Regulated Sanger Service

 ✔️ Regulatory confidence by design

Performed under ISO 17025 and GLP quality systems, our sequencing data supports preclinical, QC, and investigational workflows where documentation, reproducibility, and data integrity are essential.

 ✔️ Unambiguous sequence confirmation

High‑quality chromatograms, expert base calling, and controlled workflows ensure confident identification of point mutations, insertions, deletions, and construct integrity — even in challenging templates.

 ✔️ Audit‑ready documentation & traceability

Every step follows defined SOPs with full sample traceability, controlled data handling, and long‑term data integrity — enabling smooth audits and regulatory submissions.

✔️ Ideal for regulated use cases

Clone verification, plasmid confirmation, method validation, stability studies, deviation investigations, and comparability assessments — all supported by defensible sequencing data.

✔️ Backed by proven expertise at scale

With decades of Sanger sequencing experience and high‑throughput capabilities, we deliver consistent quality, fast turnaround, and global reliability — without compromising compliance.

Primer Walking enables de novo sequencing of DNA constructs or amplicons by sequentially designing primers based on newly obtained sequence information.

The process begins with an initial primer (typically targeting known regions such as PCR primer sites or plasmid backbone elements). As each new sequence segment is obtained, a subsequent primer is designed to extend the sequence further. This iterative process continues until the entire target region has been fully sequenced.

Sequencing is performed according to standard methods and in compliance with:

CLSI Guideline MM09-A; Vol. 34 No. 4, 2014; Nucleic Acid Sequencing Methods in Diagnostic Laboratory Medicine, Approved Guideline-Second Edition

Conduct of sequencing studies is performed according to

OECD Guideline ENV/MC/CHEM (98)17 (rev.1999): The Principles of Good Laboratory Praxis (Monograph No. 01) and OECD Guideline ENV/JM/MONO(1999)23 (rev. 2002): Short Term Study and GLP (Monograph No. 07)

Quality assurance (QA) activities related to sequencing studies (review of the study plan, inspection of study, study report and raw data) are conducted according to

OECD Guideline ENV/CBC/MONO(2022)20: Quality Assurance and GLP (Monograph No. 23).
