Chimeric oligos and 2'O-Methyl-RNA
The use of 2'O-Methyl-RNA in chimeric antisense oligos increases nuclease stability of the oligo.
Chimeric oligonucleotides consist of mixed DNA and RNA bases including methylated bases or phosphorthioate bounds (PTO).
