Illumina Microarrays
As an Illumina partner, we offer high-throughput microarray services for genotyping, pharmacogenomics and methylation studies. Projects range from a single plate to multi-year programmes with millions of samples.
That makes our Illumina services a strong fit for biobanks, population genomics, consumer genomics and precision medicine research.
Illumina Infinium arrays use bead-bound probes to measure hundreds of thousands of genetic markers or methylation sites per sample in a single assay. Genotyping arrays read out SNPs across the genome, while methylation arrays measure the methylation status of defined CpG sites.
Global Screening Array (GSA), GSA with Enhanced PGx (ePGx), Infinium MethylationEPIC with more than 935,000 methylation sites, Methylation Screening Array. Any other Illumina array can be implemented for customer-specific projects.
We extract DNA from EDTA blood, saliva and buccal swabs, or you send us purified DNA. Extraction is part of our automated workflow.
Raw scanner output, VCF files, methylation beta values and TXT result files, delivered via secure FTP.
