As an Illumina partner, we offer high-throughput microarray services for genotyping, pharmacogenomics and methylation studies. Our standard portfolio includes the Global Screening Array (GSA), GSA with Enhanced PGx, Infinium MethylationEPIC and the Methylation Screening Array. Other Illumina arrays can be implemented for customer-specific projects.

As an MGI Tech partner, we run large-scale whole genome, RNA and metagenomic sequencing on the DNBSEQ-T7. The platform is built for very high output per run, from a single flow cell to population-scale studies. Data is delivered as demultiplexed FASTQ files via secure FTP.

As an Olink partner, we provide high-throughput proteomic profiling with Olink Explore HT. It measures around 5,400 proteins from serum or plasma in one assay, ideal for biomarker discovery, epidemiological studies and drug development. Olink is part of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
