As an MGI Tech partner, we run large-scale sequencing on the DNBSEQ-T7, from a single flow cell to population-scale studies with thousands of samples.

How the technology works

DNBSEQ is based on DNA nanoballs. DNA fragments are copied by rolling circle amplification into compact nanoballs, which are loaded onto a patterned flow cell and sequenced. The platform is built for very high output per run.
