How the technology works

Axiom arrays use a ligation-based assay on high-density arrays to genotype hundreds of thousands of markers per sample. Content can be tailored to population, disease and pharmacogenomic research questions.

PangenomiX, PangenomiX Plus, PharmacoFocus, PharmacoScan. Other Axiom arrays can be implemented for specific project requirements.

Sample types and requirements

We extract DNA from EDTA blood, saliva and buccal swabs, or you send us purified DNA.

Data delivery

Raw scanner output, genotype call files, VCF files and TXT outputs, delivered via secure FTP.
