Maps of regularly used Standard Vectors
Please find below the details and vector maps of our standard vectors that most often are used for gene synthesis.
Please note that we may change the pEX standard vectors to other cloning vectors, if necessary in the assembly process.
These alternative vectors can be e.g. pUC or pBluescript derivatives carrying the specified antibiotic selection marker Amp or Kan.
The restriction sites in the multiple cloning site and elsewhere in the backbone may be different in these alternative cloning vectors.
If you need details about our former Standard vectors (pEX-A, pEX-K, pEX-K2) or any other need additional information, just contact us!
Details for Express Subcloning can be found here.
