If more than two samples are submitted, kindly include a tabular overview listing all samples.
Print the order confirmation displayed at the end of the ordering process and enclose it with your shipment.
Please send water filters or water for filtration (not more than 50 ml per sample). If you require filtration from higher volumes please perform the filtration in-house and send us the filter.

Standard	The standard turnaround time is 7 business days. This option provides reliable delivery within the usual timeframe at the regular price.
Rush	The rush service reduces the turnaround time to only 3 business days. However, this expedited option increases the price by 50%.

Vertebrate or invertebrate testing in eDNA using NGS

Metabarcoding analysis of environmental DNA (eDNA) samples by Next Generation Sequencing for the detection and identification of vertebrate or invertebrate species without prior knowledge of the expected species composition.

This service includes:

DNA extraction from complex environmental samples
Generation of 3 target amplicons per DNA sample, plus H₂O control for vertebrates and 1 target amplicon per DNA sample for invertebrates
Sequencing of the amplicons on MiSeq
Basic bioinformatical analysis (sorting of reads according to inline barcodes)
Advanced bioinformatical analysis for taxonomical read assignment and species determination
Individual reporting

Delivery time

Delivery time is 8 working days for projects up to 96 samples.
Please note: Sample processing starts only on Monday for samples that arrived by Friday of the previous week.
