SARS-CoV-2 Sequencing

Detection and monitoring of SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern (VOC) within a population, or getting more insights about the interaction of the human microbiota and the corona virus will help us to fight the pandemic. Currently we offer two different products to analyse the presence of SARS-CoV-2 in your sample:

The ARTIC PCR approach is reducing the number of undesired, off-target reads for the host. Our improved primer set is detecting all Corona variants.
